Completed OCN Level 3 in Commercial Dog Grooming and Salon Management. I feel incredibly lucky to have learned from such a talented and passionate grooming teacher. Mary Ellen's knowledge, patience, and attention to detail have truly shaped my skills and confidence in the grooming world. Every lesson was hands-on, inspiring, and full of valuable tips that go beyond the textbook. Mary Ellen didn’t just teach grooming she taught compassion, professionalism, and the importance of treating every dog like royalty. Thanks to her guidance, I feel ready to step into the industry with pride and purpose. Highly recommend to anyone serious about becoming a great groomer!

We had a first time experience with For Dogs Sake Grooming during the past week! First impressions were Mary-Ellen was so welcoming to both ourselves and our dogs. Most professional and caring in every aspect of our visit! Kerri, Dennis and Suzi were so excited and such a loving fuss made over them they felt very much at home. The Grooming Parlour its self is most inviting with its bright and colourful interior and so well laid out. The experience was lovely, professional and caring. Couldn’t recommend Mary Ellen enough. We will return on regular appointments. Well done to all.

Mary Ellen is fantastic at what she does. My wee man Sonny, a cocker spaniel, is incredibly anxious and hates being without me, let alone being groomed. But Mary Ellen knows exactly what to do and always leaves him looking & smelling amazing! I have been super anxious in the past myself leaving him, as I know he panics, but I have no fear in leaving him here now. Thank you, once again!
